Google driving directions don't take you all the way there- there are two entrances to the condo and apartment complex from the top of the hill and it's situated near the center across from the duck pond water feature. They had crab cakes as a special that were incredible. Obviously handmade with quality ingredients and perfect seasoning. Truly awesome- and I'm very picky! Had the cobb salad also and it was really fresh. Really friendly owner and great prices. Was surprised it wasn't packed at noon on a Saturday after tasting the food! They also have a little market, a full bar, and sports on multiple TVs.

Love this place. Small and quirky. Do not come in if you are in a hurry. My husband and I enjoy it.

What a gem! My husband and I were looking for a new place & happened upon the Shorewood Market & Cafe. It's tucked into a fairly large apartment complex & at first I wasn't sure we were in the right spot. We walked in and it was full of locals, which as an outsider can be uncomfortable, but then Maggie our waitress came over. Within minutes we were gabbing like old friends. My husband and I shared the Chicken pot pie & mushroom burger and couldn't decide which was better.

If you are looking for a 'CHEERS' style diner/bar/grill place to go to this is it. The bar is excellent, the food is excellent with most of it being made from scratch. And if you love a great burger, as I do they have you covered. Smallish, cozy environment. It is open to the public even though located in Shorewood Apartment Complex.

This is one of our favorite places to go. Crystal is awesome and the food is always top notch.

Service and food are very good I had the filet mignon, baked potato with all the fixings, and asparagus. Steak was the perfect med well, bearnais was so good I drizzled some on top of my asparagus too. Although the aesthetics are quaint with simple plating, it was clean with a very friendly energy. They serve food at the bar or on the Cafe side. It's a small space, but so worth the trip. The owner herself makes the best augratin potatoes which is offered as a side with the meal. They also offer a crab cake topped filet mignon for only 2 more. Pricing for filet mignon dinner was only 23. Rolls were also served at the table. This really is a great value for good food!!! This was on a Saturday when they also serve prime rib. I will definitely try that next visit!!!

Wow .. have lived in this area for 7 years and never new of this place. What a delightful surprise .. delicious happy hour offers; incredible prices and friendly & fun service. this is now our go to place for a decent meal and nice atmosphere. Crispy tater tots, awesome clams with garlic bread, crunchy chicken wings ... can't wait to try fried chicken Thursday and prime rib Saturday.
